1-After surgery in tendons, ligaments and soft tissue injuries.
2-Chronic ligament instabilities.
3-In stable distal tibia and fibula fractures.
4-Achilles tendon tears.
5-Stable foot and ankle fractures.
6-Two and three degree ankle sprains.
